现代黄金矿山“脉效管理法”探析及其实践意义

Exploration of Mai-Xiao management of modern gold mines and its practical significance

在现代黄金矿山企业管理中引入中医理论,提出现代黄金矿山企业要紧紧抓住血脉和文脉、技脉和人脉、矿脉和梦脉(六脉)实现效率、效能和效益(三效)的管理方法,即"脉效管理法"。"六脉"和"三效"是前因后果关系。"六脉"是构成黄金矿山企业管理有机系统的三组六条主脉,有表里之别,管理者只有始终加强领导班子建设、职工队伍建设和企业文化建设这三大人文管理工程建设,才能形成发展合力,提升管理能力。

With the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine theory into management of modern gold mines, it is proposed that modern gold mines should tightly hold the management key points including physical and cultural con- nection, skill and social connection, and orebody and goal （the six Mais） to realize efficiency, effectiveness and benefits （ the three Xiaos） , necessitating Mai-Xiao management method. The six Mais and the three Xiaos form relation of cau- ses and results. The six Mais are three pairs of main bodies comprising the organic system of mine management. Man- agers can only create a cohesive development incentive and improve management ability by enforcing leading group building, working staff body building and enterprise culture building.
