摘要
结合生产实践,阐述了难处理金精矿二段焙烧预氧化工艺和一段焙烧预氧化工艺的应用。针对福建金山黄金冶炼有限公司二段焙烧预氧化工艺的缺陷,对其配矿、进料、焙烧、输送等技术进行改造,采用综合配矿、浆式进料、工艺切换、集成热料输送等新技术,取得了显著的经济效益。
With practice, applications of pre-oxidation process on refractory gold concentrate with two stages and one stage roasting were expounded. The paper takes drawbacks of two-stage pre-oxidation roasting process in Fujian Jinshan gold smelting company for example, introduces renovations towards its technologies of ore blending, feeding, roasting and transportation. Prominent economic benefits are obtained by application of new technologies such as com- prehensive ore blending, slurry feeding, roasting process switch and integrated thermal mineral aggregate transporting.
