摘要
目的:初步探讨人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在鉴别盆腔包块性质中的意义。方法:对2012年10月~12月拟"盆腔包块"在中山市博爱医院病房住院的50例患者及妇科门诊拟"健康体检"就诊的14例健康女性的静脉血标本作研究,分别检测HE4及癌胚抗原125(CA125)。并根据术后病理结果将盆腔包块患者分为三组,对HE4及CA125进行回顾性分析,分组如下:A组:对照组,即健康体检者;B组:卵巢良性肿瘤组,即术后病理证实为卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤,黄体囊肿,卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤等;C组:卵巢巧克力囊肿组,即术后病理证实为卵巢巧克力囊肿患者;D组:卵巢癌组,术后病理证实为卵巢癌患者。结果:A、B、C、D各组的血清HE4的值分别为(44.99±6.98)pmol/L、(48.54±11.35)pmol/L、(51.91±10.06)pmol/L、(119.17±94.94)pmol/L,经过统计学分析,D组的值与A、B、C组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B、C、D各组的血清CA125的值分别为(22.94±14.67)U/L、(19.23±11.06)U/L、(169.59±229.45)U/L、(80.42±72.22)U/L,经过统计学分析,C组的值与A、B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但与D组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HE4在盆腔包块的鉴别上有重要意义,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To preliminarily explore the significance of Human Epididymis Protein 4 (HE4) in the identification of pelvic masses. Methods: Serum HE4 and CA125 were detected by the proposed " pelvic mass" in 50 patients hospitalized in Zhongshan Boai Hospital ward from October 2012 to December 2012 and gynecological outpatient intends to " healthy" for treatment of 14 cases of healthy women, respectively. According to the result of pathological pelvic mass patients were divided into three groups, and given a retrospective analysis of HE4 and CA125, respectively. Grouped as follows : A group : control group of healthy persons ; B group : benign ovarian tumor group; C group: ovarian chocolate cyst group; D group- ovarian cancer group. Results: Serum HEA values in group A, B, C, and D were (44. 99 ±6. 98), (48.54 ±11.35), (51.91 ±10. 06), (119. 17 ±94. 94) pmol / L, respectively. There was statisti- cally significant between the group D and the group A, B, C , respectively. (P 〈 0. 05) . Serum CA125 values in A, B, C, and D group were (22. 94± 14. 67 ), ( 19. 23± 11.06 ), ( 169. 59± 229. 45), (80.42 ±72. 22) U/L, respectively. There was statistically significant between the group C and the group A, B, respectively. (P 〈 0. 05 ), bat not with group D ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : The serum HE4 level detection may be played an important role of the identification of pelvic masses, and it is worthy of iurther study.
