摘要
经营高危险性体育项目的相关体育设施符合国家标准是法规规定的行政许可条件,经营活动的标准化是高危险性体育项目经营活动监管的必然要求和发展趋势。在文献分析和实践经验的基础上,从安全监管的角度对高危险性体育项目经营活动标准化建设进行了研究,分析了标准化建设的目的和内容,探索了标准化建设面对的问题和挑战。研究建议,加强高危险性体育项目经营活动标准化理论研究,加快检查检验方法标准研制,加强质量检验机构建设,建立标准实施信息反馈系统。
Sports facilities related to the operation of high-risk sports confarms to the national standards is the condition of administrative license, standardization of operation activities is an inevitable requirement and development trend of supervision. Based on literature analysis and practice experience, from the perspective of safety supervision, high-risk sports operation activ- ities standardization construction is studied systematically, the purpose and contents of stand- ardization is analyzed, the problems and challenges the standardization faced is explored. It put forwards some suggestions such as strengthening the high-risk sports operation activities standardization theoretical research, accelerating the standards development of inspection and test methods, strengthening the construction of quality inspection organization, building the standards implementation information feedback system. It is significant on the active use of standardization to improve the level of supervision, promote the high-risk sports operation ac-tivities standardization and guarantee people health security.
