新城疫和鸡痘疫苗基础免疫对重组鸡痘活疫苗免疫效力的影响

Protection Against Newcastle Disease Virus Induced by rFPV-ND-HN Vaccine in Chickens Vaccinated with Newcastle Disease and Fowlpox Vaccines

摘要 本试验评价了新城疫(ND)疫苗和鸡痘(FP)疫苗免疫后对新城疫重组鸡痘病毒活疫苗(rFPV-ND-HN)免疫效力的影响。结果表明,用新城疫活疫苗和灭活疫苗进行基础免疫,不影响rFPV-ND-HN活疫苗的抗NDV免疫力的产生,但FP疫苗免疫后,再接种rFPV-ND-HN,免疫鸡既不能产生NDV HI抗体,也不能获得抗NDV强毒株攻击的保护力。 Protective immunity against Newcastle disease virus (NDV) induced by recombinant fowlpox virus expressing NDV HN gene (rFPV-ND-HN) in chickens previously vaccinated with ND or fowl pox (FP) vaccines was evaluated. The results demonstrated that vaccination with ND live or inactivated vaccine in chickens before inoculation with rFPV-ND-HN did not interfere with the immune protection against NDV infection. However, when the chickens were vaccinated with FP vaccine and then vaccinated with rFPV-ND-HN,the HI antibody and the protection against NDV in chickens were not induced.
