This article is an interpretation on ＂Act of Steal Wood＂, which is a vital text in Ma- rx＇s transformation of world outlook. For quite a long time we have researched Marx＇s critique on Hegel sanctifying state in ethics significance, and the conflict between private interest and rea- son of state in specific domain of right philosophy. Thus, it reveals a material interest question called ＂afflictive question＂. However, the further and concrete regulation of this question is the conflict between the poor^s need and the rich＇s property demand. The State is unable to integrate the poor^s common law and the riches common law in legal theory. A temporary solution to the question depends more on logic unfold of classical political economy aspect than a critique on the justice of right for the poor^s need.
