我国城乡关系中的筛网机制由行政性筛网向市场性筛网转变，其存在的基础是与市场供求形势相应的城乡差别和二元社会结构；无论是行政性筛网，还是市场性筛网，都具有同样的作用机理，使城乡之间是地域中心与边缘的区位关系。

Network system of relationship between city and countryside in our country is changing from administrative net- work to market network whose basis is the difference between the city and countryside and dualistic social structure which is related to market supply and demand. No matter it is administrative network or market network, it has the same mechanism and can make the relationship between city and countryside become the relationship between regional center and regional edge.
