Seizing the Opportunity of Western Development to Accelerate Enshi's Economic Development

西部大开发是恩施千载难逢的历史机遇。本文围绕这一主题，提出了加快基础设施建设、开发能源、发展优势产业、加强生态环境保护与建设、扩大对外开放等应对措施，以期对恩施的大发展作出贡献。

Western Development is a very good opportunity in Enshi's history, according to which, this paper puts forward such countermeasures as accelerating infrastructure construction, developing resources, giving priority to development of advantage industries, strengthening ecological environment protection and construction and enlarging opening up to outside world. The author expects that this may contribute to Enshi's great development.
