摘要
基于来自企业技术管理者的366份调查问卷,本文提出了产业需求视角下的工程师实践能力框架,同时根据405份来自理工科院校工科教师的调查问卷,获得了高校工程实践能力培养与产业需求之间的契合程度。结果表明,工程实践能力可由工程设计能力、工程应用能力、工程操作能力、工程商务能力和工程沟通能力五个方面构成;在产学契合度方面,高校培养方向与企业需求依然存在显著差异,但契合程度已经较高,平均接近于80%的水平。
After analyzing the research data of 366 enterprise technology managers, the paper generalizes the framework of engineering talents' practice competence from the perspective of industry needs. At the same time, based on 405 questionnaires from the teachers of engineering major, the paper obtains the matching degree about the engineering talents' practical competence between the university devel- opment and industrial requirements. The results show that the engineering practice competences con- sist of the following five dimensions, engineering design competence, engineering application compe- tence, engineering operation competence, engineering business competence and engineering communi- cation competence. Colleges and universities have obvious differences from companies on the cultiva- tion of engineering practice competence~ however, the matching degree has been pretty high with a correspondence degree of about 80 %.
