教学改革如何制度化——“以学生为中心”的教育改革与创新人才培养特区在中国的兴起 被引量:134

How to Institutionalize Teaching Reform——“Student-centered Learning” education reform and the rise of the SAR of innovative talents cultivation in China

摘要 随着信息时代的来临,本科教育范式正在由"传授范式"向"学习范式"转变。中国大学对"学习范式"的回应就是设立创新人才培养特区。改革开放以来,中国本科教育改革的总体趋势是打破专业教育人才培养模式和刚性的教学管理制度,实现"以专业为中心"的教育向"以学生为中心"的教育转变。这种趋势在大学治理上的反映就是创新人才培养特区在中国大学的兴起。教学改革既受到宏观制度环境的约束,又受到行动者变革能力的影响。回归具有远大目标的大规模教育改革呼唤一种新的教育学:改革教育学。 With the advent of the information age, undergraduate education paradigm is being transformed from the "teaching paradigm" to "learning paradigm", and the response of universities in China to it is to establish the SAR of the cultivation of innovative talents. Since china's reform and opening-up, the overall reform trend of undergraduate education in China is to break the professional model of the cul- tivation of talents and the rigid teaching management system and to achieve the goal of transforming from "profession-centered" education to "student-centered" education. This trend is characterized by the rise of the SAR of the cultivation of innovative talents in university governance in China. The teaching reform is restrained not only by macro-institutional environment, but also by the ability of the reformers to change. Regression to large-scale education reform with ambitious goals calls for a new pedagogy that is reform pedagogy.
