摘要
"高端技能型专门人才"的知识结构以隐性工作过程知识为主要特征。以工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习为特征的高职院校人才培养模式是获得隐性工作过程知识从而形成"高技能"的重要途径,而能否有效获得有价值的隐性工作过程知识则是形成高端技能人才的关键所在。本文阐述了"高端技能型专门人才"的隐性知识特性,分析了高职院校"高端技能型专门人才"培养与隐性工作过程知识习得之间的关系。
The knowledge structure of ＂High-end skilled talents＂ is characterized by ItS tacit workig process knowledge. The talents cultivation model of higher vocationa~ colleges which is characterized by cooperative education between colleges and enterprises is the important approch to form the ＂high- skilled＂ tacit working process knowledge. Acquiring the valuable tacit working process knowledge ef- fectively is the key to high-end skil1 formation. This article described.the tacit working process knowl- edge features of the ＂High-end skilled talents＂, and analyzed the relationship between high-end skilled talents training and tacit working process knowledge.
