摘要
协同创新的基本特征是开放、合作、共享。我国实施协同创新战略,对高等教育而言是一次教育思想的大解放、教育观念的大变革和教育体制机制的大突破。作为与区域经济社会发展和行业企业结合最紧密的高职教育,具有协同创新的先天优势和迫切需要。高职院校应当从自己的特色和优势出发,以提高人才培养质量为核心,科学合理地确定协同创新的方向和路径,充分汇聚和利用多种社会资源,大力开展体制机制改革和组织管理创新,提升自主创新能力和服务社会经济发展的水平,推动高职教育新一轮内涵发展。
The basic characteristics of collaborative innovation are openness, cooperation and sharing. Col- laborative innovation strategy is emancipation for educational thought, a reform for educational con- cept and a big breakthrough for institutional mechanisms. Higher vocational education is closely relat- ed with regional economic development and industrial enterprise and is of big inherent advantage and urgent need in collaborative innovation. Vocational colleges should take advantage of their own char- acteristics, center around improving the quality of talents cultivation and develop collaborative innova- tion in a scientific and proper way. They should integrate and make full use of various social re- sources, vigorously carry out institutional reform and organizational management innovation, enhance innovative ability and further promote social and economic development and new connotation develop- ment of vocational education.
