高职院校学生就业质量是衡量高职院校教育质量和学生就业程度的重要尺度。当前高职院校学生就业质量不尽如人意,受到来自社会用人单位、政府、高校和大学生自身等多重因素的影响。因此,针对具体情况"对症下药",对提升高职院校学生的就业质量具有重要的现实意义。

The employment quality is an important yardstick to evaluate the education quality of higher vo- cational colleges and students＇ employment condition. The current employment quality of students in vocational colleges is not unsatisfactory because of various factors such as the employer, government, colleges and students themselves. Therefore different solutions for specific cases are of great practical significance to .improve the employment quality for higher vocational college students.
