摘要 当前中国高等教育的核心任务是提高人才培养质量,大学不应再一味地追求规模、强调硬件,而必须潜心地追求教学质量,走内涵式发展道路。教育事业关注的是人的心灵成长、智力发展,只有当参与这项事业的人产生发自内心的热情,其自我需要的动机与现阶段教育发展目标达成一致,才能确保人才培养的成效。四川大学着力营造浓厚教学文化,科学构建激励性评价机制,切实调动学院、教师加强教学投入,使学校教育教学质量的提升、人才培养质量的提升富有内驱力,使学校教育教学事业的发展具有自成长性。 At present, the core mission of Chinese higher education is to improve the quality of the talent cultivation. Universities should no longer pursue the grand scale and emphasize hardware. On the contrary, universities should concentrate on the quality of teaching and shall take connotative develo- ping paths. Education always focuses on human beings~ spiritual growth and wisdom development. The quality of talent cultivation can only be guaranteed when teachers, with heartfelt enthusiasm, have self-motivation which is in accordance with the present objective of education development. Si- chuan University strives to create a strong culture of teaching and construct incentive mechanism of e- valuation so as to earnestly encourage colleges and teachers to enhance teaching input to excite their inner driving force to promote the quality of higher education as well as talent cultivation and to facili- tate the self-growth of education development.
