摘要
纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)是最早商业化生产、产量最高、需求最大、应用最广泛的纳米材料之一,其对水生生物与生态系统的影响引起了人们高度重视。水体微型生物往往被作为水生态环境监测与评价的指示生物类群。文章介绍了微型生物群落在水环境监测与评价中的应用、水体纳米二氧化钛污染及其环境行为、纳米二氧化钛对水体微型生物的影响等方面的研究现状,提出了今后纳米二氧化钛对水体微型生物影响研究的建议。
Nano-TiO2 is among the first nanomaterials made commercially available to a wide variety of applications. Higher production and widespread use of nanosized TiO2 have made it as a nano-pollutant in aquatic environment, thus nano-TiO2 could affect aquatic organism and ecosystems which have attracted more and more attentions in recent years. Microbial organisms are usually used as indictors of water environment. In many ecotoxicological studies,' nano-TiOz has been shown to cause harmful effects to many freshwater organisms such as bacteria, algae, invertebrates and fish. Application of microbial communities in aquatic ecosystem monitoring and assessment was reviewed, aquatic nano-TiO2 pollution concentration, their environmental behavior in water and toxic effects on microbial organism were discussed, and needs of researches on this field in future were analyzed as well.
