冲击载荷下复合材料板簧式起落架动强度研究 被引量:8

摘要 对冲击载荷下复合材料板簧式起落架的动强度进行研究。首先用Nastran软件辅助生成板簧的模态中性文件,将其导入Adams软件中生成板簧的柔性体,并采用刚柔混合建模对起落架落地过程进行动力学仿真;然后从动力学仿真结果中提取出板簧所受的冲击载荷,并将其施加到Nastran软件中进行动强度分析;最后通过实验测量这一过程板簧发生的冲击应变。将仿真分析和实验测量的结果对比发现,两者相差在10%左右,在工程允许范围内。实验表明仿真计算方法的合理性。 A research was done on dynamic strength of landing gear consisted of leaf spring which was made of composite materials under impact load. First, modal neutral file of leaf spring created by Nastran software was imported into Adams software to build a flexible body and a dynamic simulation about the process of landing gear' s failing to the ground was done with rigid- flexible coupling method. Then impact load which was come from the result of the dynamic simulation was imported into Nastran software to do an analysis of dynamic strength. At last impact Strain of leaf spring was measured by experiment. From comparing the result of simulation with the result of experiment, we can discover the difference was about 10 percent and this was in the allowable range of engineering. The experiment indicated that the method of simulation was reasonable.
