基于环路统一设计的永磁同步电动机四象限矢量控制系统 被引量:3

摘要 永磁同步电动机(PMSM)控制系统直流侧大多由不控整流提供,不能实现电机的四象限运行,且不控整流会对电网造成污染。将PWM整流器应用到永磁同步电动机控制系统中。PWM整流器采用基于电网电压前馈的矢量控制,永磁同步电动机控制系统采用基于转子磁场定向的矢量控制,构成了永磁同步电动机四象限矢量控制系统。分析了PWM整流器和永磁同步电动机的数学模型,总结其相似性,并以此为基础对环路进行设计。最后将该控制方法应用于系统中,实现了电机的四象限运行。 DC side of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is mostly provided by non-controlled rectifi-er. It can't achieve the performance of four-quadrant operation for motor and pollute the power grid. In this paper PWM rectifier was applied to permanent magnet synchronous motor control system. The vector control based on grid voltage feed-forward was applied to the PWM rectifier and the vector control based on rotor field oriented was applied to permanent mag- net synchronous motor control system. They constituted vector control of four-quadrant permanent magnet synchronous mo-tor system. The mathematical model of PWM rectifier and permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed. Based on that, the similarity between them was summed and the loops were designed. Finally, the control method was applied to the system, and reached four-quadrant operation of the motor.
