摘要
指出了现行工时制度设计与管理实践面临的困惑,分析了现行"自平衡"变通模式的局限。从社会需求和政策调整层面,对图书馆服务窗口工时制度进行再设计。
The service counters are the basis for library readers' service. This article will put forward some conflicts in the design of current working hour system and its practices. Meanwhile, it analyzes the insufficiency in the measures, which are to solve the above conflicts. To perfect the personnel policy, it proposes some ideas on the redesign of the working system, considering government policy and social demands.
