摘要
目前SNS的快速发展引起图书馆的重视,但是高校图书馆自建SNS平台进行信息咨询服务的实践还处于探索阶段。本文在分析SNS应用于高校图书馆的价值的基础上,提出具体的信息服务构建体系的三大模块和障碍克服方案。
The fast development of SNS grabs the attention of libraries. However, the practice of utilizing SNS for information reference is still in its initial stage. Based on the analysis of the value of SNS in academic libraries, this paper proposes a three-part system for information reference and some strategies to overcome the obstacles.
