糖皮质激素在呼吸疾病治疗中的应用

Application of glucocorticoids to respiratory diseases

由于糖皮质激素具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗毒素、抗休克及免疫抑制作用,已被广泛地应用于呼吸疾病的治疗。本文以2011年卫生部制定的《糖皮质激素类药物临床应用指导原则》为基础,参考最新国内外指南并结合临床经验,重点介绍了糖皮质激素在支气管哮喘、特发性间质性肺炎、变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病、结节病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及嗜酸性粒细胞性支气管炎等呼吸疾病中的使用原则和治疗方法。以期规范糖皮质激素在呼吸疾病的合理临床应用,减少不良反应。

Since glucocorticoids have anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-toxins, anti-shock and immunosuppressive effects, they have been widely used in the treatment of respiratory diseases. Based on the guidelines for the clinical application of glucocorticoids developed by the Ministry of Health in 2011, with reference to the recent guidelines home and aboard, this paper focused on the treatment principle and treatment method of glucocorticoid in bronchial asthma, idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, sarcoidosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and eosinophilic bronchitis and other respiratory diseases in the hope of regulating reasonable clinical application of glucocorticoid in respira- tory diseases and reducing adverse reactions.
