右位复杂先天性心脏病 严重脊柱畸形并房室传导阻滞患者超声引导植入心脏起搏电极导管1例报告

摘要 植入埋藏式心脏起搏器是目前治疗缓慢性心律失常的惟一长期有效的手段，通常在x线指引下完成心内膜起搏电极导管的植入。本文报告1例右位复杂先天性心脏病、严重脊柱畸形合并Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者行埋藏式心脏起搏器植入术，术中联合超声心动图引导右心室起搏电极导管到位成功。
