图书馆除了承担本职工作以外,还应履行其应当担负的社会责任。图书馆社会责任实践的路径是其切实履行社会责任的基本方案,具体包括:理解图书馆的社会责任;将社会责任的实践融入图书馆的整个管理运营过程中;提高图书馆社会责任实践的透明度和可信度;建立图书馆社会责任实践绩效评价体系并改善之。

In addition to bear their own work, library should also undertake its social responsibility which it should bear. The path of practice of social responsibility of library is the basic scheme to effectively fulfill its social responsibilities, including： the understanding of social responsibility of library, putting the practice of social responsibility into the library management, improving the transparency and credibility of practice of the so- cial responsibility of the library, establishing the performance evaluation system of social responsibility of the library practice and improvement for the practice.
