The Normative Study of Novelty Search Contract

查新合同是查新委托人有效地维护自己的合法权益的法律性文件,又是查新人员进行查新检索、对比分析的重要依据。目前,各查新站使用的查新合同的类型和规定的条款内容各不相同,委托人在合同撰写方面也存在各种各样的问题。查新合同的规范化是查新工作的难点,相关研究也较少。本文主要从查新合同的类型、所规定的条款以及合同撰写过程中常见的问题等方面对查新合同的规范性进行调研,并提出改进建议。

Novelty search contract is legal documents that protect the principal＇s legitimate rights and interests effectively, and it＇s also the basis for novelty search librarians to search and analysis. Currently, the novelty search contracfs forms and terms are different from different novelty search sta- tions. There are also a variety of problems of the principalg contract writing. Standardization of novelty search contract is difficult. Related studies are also less. This paper compares the normative of the novelty search contracfs forms and terms from different novelty search stations, and discusses prin- cipalg contract writing problems. Finally, it gives some suggestions for improvement.
