摘要
随着新技术在图书馆界广泛应用,参考咨询工作普遍存在定位模糊、读者流失严重、读者需求不能很好满足等问题。图书馆如何进行角色转化,参考咨询服务的发展路在何方,值得关注与思考。本文试从知识咨询产生的背景分析入手,提出了图书馆参考咨询服务向知识咨询服务转化的对策。
In the ubiquitous environment, with new information technology widely introduced and applied in library, there are some problems during reference consultation: fuzzy localization, the serious loss of readers, the unsatisfied need of readers. It is a problem for library staff that how to change role to find a suitable way among various service modes for its own consulting services development. This paper analyzes the methods and countermeas- ures for the transformation from reference consultation to acknowledge consultation in the background of the origin of acknowledge consultation.
