摘要
利用阳离子聚合法合成了间戊二烯树脂。考察了溶剂的种类和浓度、反应温度、催化剂用量对阳离子聚合产物的影响,利用沥青软化点测定仪、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁、色度仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分别测定了间戊二烯树脂的软化点、相对分子质量、环化度、色度和结构。结果表明,在二氯甲烷中,比甲苯中制备的树脂的软化点高50℃左右,二氯甲烷中制备的间戊二烯树脂软化点最高为139℃,是目前报道的间戊二烯树脂中软化点最高的。树脂的软化点随反应温度的升高而升高;催化剂用量对软化点的影响很小。
The high softening point resin was preparation by cationic polymerization. The influences of the solvent, solvent concentration, reaction temperature, and the catalyst concentration on the polymerization were investigated. Bitumen softening point tester, gel permeation chromatographer,NMR spectrometer, colorimeter and FT-IR spectrometer were used to measure the softening point, molecular weight, cyclization degree and structure of resins. The softening point of resin is about 50 ℃ higher using dichloromethane as solvent than using toluene. The highest softening point of the 1,3-pentadiene resin produced is 139 ℃, which is the highest among current reports. The softening point of the resin increases with the increase of reaction temperature. Effect of amount of catalyst on the softening point is very small.
