论边境地区反恐作战应遵循的原则

On the Principles Followed in Border Anti -terrorism Combats

公安边防部队在边境地区的反恐任务，主要针对边境地区民族分裂势力、宗教极端势力、暴力恐怖势力等严重危害国家利益、人民生命财产安全的犯罪活动。针对“三股势力”，公安边防部队要科学有效地组织反恐作战行动，坚决、彻底、有效地铲除其犯罪活动。

The forces of ethnic separatism, the religious extremism and the violent terrorism, are ＂Three forces＂ that the border control department under the Ministry of Public Security is dealing with in minority border areas. In order to eradicate the ＂Three forces＂, the border control police forces should organize the anti-terrorism combats in a sci-entific and effective way by following some relevant principles.
