In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the course ＂Introductions to the Basic Principles of Marx-ism＂, it is necessary to integrate the teaching contents and to choose the teaching methods accordig to the atten-tions, interests, hobbies and cognitive features of the contemporary college students and to adopt project teaching, case teaching, problem -based teaching and practice teaching to make students understand the theory of Marxism better.
