近年来,一批批地方院校大学毕业生携笔从戎,投身公安边防事业,入警大学生已日益成为公安边防部队建设发展的一支重要力量。将入警大学生思想政治教育摆在首位,筑牢思想根基;强化纪律观念养成,塑造其良好军人气质和品格;通过积极有效引导,凸显入警大学生培训实效是提高入警大学生培训效果的有效途径。

In recent years, batches of college graduates have joined the army, and devoted themselves to the public security border control cause. The enrolled college graduates police become the main force of public security border control forces. This paper suggests that the ideological education should be given a priority, together with a sense of discipline. A positive guide for them will be the efficient way to raise training efficiency of enrolled police from col-lege graduates.
