摘要
林权制度改革进一步实现了森林资源的永续利用,维护了生态平衡以及社会经济的可持续发展,但同时也造成了国有林区严重的就业压力,这将直接造成国有林区的就业困境。对黑龙江省国有林区就业的现实状况进行分析,提出了国有林区在就业方面的影响因素,并运用层次分析对国有林区就业的影响因素进行权重分析,根据具体分析的情况提出有效措施。
Reform of forest fight system realize the sustainable utilization of forest resources, maintain the ecological balance and the sustainable de- velopment of social economy, but also it caused the serious employment pressure of National Forest Area, this will directly cause the employment difficulty of National Forest Area. In this paper, Analysis of the employment reality of National Forest Area in heilongjiang province, and put for- ward the influence factors of National Forest Area in the aspect of employment, and using the analytic hierarchy process weight analysis to the influ- ence factors of employment of National Forest Area, according to concrete analysis bring forward effective measures.
