R&D与产业集聚的技术溢出效应研究——基于非参数DEA方法和面板门槛模型的实证检验 被引量:2

On the Relationship of R&D and Technology Spillover of the Industrial Agglomeration——Based on the Nonparametric DEA Method & the Panel Threshold Model

摘要 从R&D角度探讨产业集聚的技术溢出效应,选取1986—2011年中国省际数据,采用非参数DEA方法测算各省全要素生产率(TFP)增长,运用面板门槛模型估计,检验集聚效应与TFP增长的非线性关联。实证结果表明,R&D强度是产业集聚技术溢出效应的外部性条件,集聚对TFP增长的促进作用随着R&D水平的提高而显著增强;在不同R&D水平下,产业集聚主要是促进技术进步进而推动TFP增长,对于技术效率的影响显著为负,说明集聚存在"拥挤效应"。 Basing on China' s provincial data from 1986 to 2011, this paper analyses the technology spillover effect of industrial agglomeration from the perspective of R&D investment through verifying the nonlinear relationship between industrial agglomeration and TFP by using the nonparametric DEA method and the panel threshold model. The empirical results show that, R&D investment is the external conditions of technology spillover effect of industrial agglomeration, the industrial agglomeration will significantly promote the TFP with the further increase of R&D investment; the industrial agglomeration promotes the TFP growth mainly by promoting the technological progress in the conditions of different R&D investment,for the significant negative impact on technical efficiency, indicating that agglomeration exists "crowding effect. "
