摘要
企业经营机制要求企业在生产经营过程中,依据一定方式协调运转。它具有客观性、内生性、关联性以及稳定性的特征。完善的企业经营机制由决策机制、运转机制、动力机制、约束机制以及发展机制等子机制构成。当各子机制实现相互配合的状态,企业经营才能够合理运行,实现最佳目标。
Enterprises operational mechanisms is the general term of factors which influence enterprises operational and the relationship of factors. Enterprises operational mechanisms include decision mechanism, cycle mechanisms, restraint mechanism, dynamic mechanism and development mechanism. When every submechanism combined with each other, enterprises operational mechanisms was efficient.
