对高校多媒体教学资源建设的必要性和特点进行简要分析,进而对资源库建设的内容和配套措施进行详细论述和研究.
This paper analyzes the necessity and the characteristics of the construction of multimedia teach-ing resources library, and discusses the contents and supporting measures of the constuction of the teaching re-sources library.
