摘要
以硬脂酸、十八醇为原料,以固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-SiO2为催化剂合成硬脂酸十八醇酯,用正交试验确定酯化反应的最佳条件如下:十八醇和硬脂酸的物质的量之比为1∶1.2,反应所用催化剂用量为原料总质量的1.5%,反应时间为3 h时,产率为71.5%.
Octadecyl stearate was synthesized by esterification of stearinic acid and stearyl alcohol with solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-SiO2 as a catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were found through orthogonal experi-ment as follows : the molar ratio of stearyl alcohol and stearic acid was 1: 1.2, the amount of catalyst was 1.5% (wt) of total mass as raw materials, the reaction time was 3 h, and the yield was 71.5%.
