摘要 目的研究腔体和覆盖层共同作用下,干式带腔地板辐射采暖系统的温度场分布均匀性和供热效果.方法搭建了干式带腔的地板辐射采暖系统实验房间,利用铜一康铜热电偶对不同供热工况下房间内和地板表面的温度场分布进行测试,研究了供水流量分别为0.24rn3/h、0.34m3/h、0.44m3/h时,供水温度分别为30℃、40℃、50℃条件下,地板表面温度分布的情况,并对室内工作区温度分布的均匀性进行测试.结果供水流量稳定在0.34m3/h、供水温度为40℃时,地板表面温度分布均匀并能保持在23.5~25℃,室内工作区温度能控制在19~21℃,温度梯度可控制在0.9~1.2℃/m.结论干式带腔地板辐射采暖系统采用“盘管+石膏覆盖层+地板”的形式铺设,满足低温地板辐射采暖舒适性需求. The paper studies on the temperature field uniformity and the heating effect of floor radiant heating system with dry cavity under the action of the cavity and cover layer. Experiment room of the dry cavity floor radiant heating system was built to test the room and floor surface temperature field distribution under different heating conditions using copper-constantan thermocouple. The paper studies the floor surface tem- perature distribution when the water flow rate respectively is 0. 24 m3/h,0. 34 m3/h,0. 44 m3/h, adjusting the water temperature 30℃ ,40 ℃,50℃, Temperature distribution uniformity in indoor working area was tested and analyzed further. The results show that when using "coil + gypsum layer + floor" forms, the floor surface temperature distribution of the floor radiant heating system with dry cavity maintains uniform between 23.5 ℃ to 25 ℃ under water flow rate of 0. 34 m3/h and water temperature of 40 ℃. The tempera- ture of indoor workspace can be controlled between 19 to 21 ℃, temperature gradient can be controlled in 0. 9 to 1.2 ℃/m,meet the demand of floor radiant heating comfortableness.
