摘要 目的建立帮助设计师完成钻机主要部件设计工况的自动获取和快速设计系统,提高设计效率.方法以水平定向钻机大梁为研究对象,结合优化设计理论、模块化和封装技术,基于先进成熟的商用软件ANSYS和内嵌的APDL研制了钻机大梁的自动设计系统.结果将钻机大梁的自动设计系统应用于GD2800-L钻机大梁设计,获得大梁的最佳倾斜角度为8°的设计工况;在满足稳定性和强度的前提下,得到了大梁的最佳板厚为10.65 mm,此设计结果较原设计减少了33.4%,使其总体结构质量减少了13%.结论实现了钻机大梁的建模、分析和优化等过程的自动设计,为实现节能节材的设计理念提供了依据;系统界面友善,易于操作;提供了一种解决复杂机械构件设计的思路和手段;提高了设计师的设计效率和设计水平,并经实例验证了系统的合理性和可靠性. In this paper, the automatic analysis system of the main beam, which is a critical component of Horizontal Directional Drilling, has been developed based on optimal design theory, modular, packaging tech- nology, the advanced commercial software ANSYS and embedded APDL. In this system, the processes, such as the modeling analysis and optimum of main beam are automatically completed. Through this system, the whole operating conditions and the minimized thickness of main beam about Horizontal Directional Drilling can be easily achieved. Thus, the design object of energy saving, material saving and environmental protec- tion can also be realized, The systematic reliability and rationality are also put to the proof by some exam- ples. This system has the merits of design process such as modeling, analyzing and optimization, automation, friendly interface and easy operation, which is an effectual idea and means to solve complex mechanical component design. The design efficiency and design level of designers can be widely increased.
