Mechanical Model and Simplified Calculation Method of Steel-concrete Connection Joint with Full-connection Bearing-plates

摘要 钢-混凝土结合部是混合梁的刚度突变点,容易形成结构体系的弱点,是结构设计成败的关键。焊钉和开孔板连接件是钢-混凝土结合部中常用的2种抗剪连接件,如何确定抗剪连接件剪力大小及分布情况是钢-混凝土结合部设计的关键技术问题之一,但目前尚缺少理论分析结果及实用的简化计算方法。利用弹性变形理论,推导了无格室-承压板钢-混凝土结合部的抗剪连接件剪力大小及分布的理论计算公式,并与有限元计算结果进行了验证,理论计算与分析结果一致,表明该公式具有较好的准确性和实用性。 Steel-concrete connection joint is the stiffness abrupt change point of hybrid girder and easily to form the structure weakness, which is the key to the structure design. Headed stud connector and perfobond rib connector are commonly used in steel-concrete connection joint. How to analyze the shear value and distribution of shear connectors is one of the key technical problems of designing the steel-concrete connection joint, but the theoretical analysis result and practical simplified calculation method are lack at present. Using elastic deformation theory, the analytical formulas of shear value and distribution of shear connectors of the subject structure are derived, which is verified by the analysis result obtained by 3D FE model. The result of calculation and analysis results are basically the same. which shows that tht~ ~n^l~io^l fn^-m,,lo ; ..I :__.
