钢桁梁桥焊接整体节点的圆弧过渡对比试验 被引量:3

Comparative Experiments on Arc Transition of Welded Integral Joints in Steel Truss Bridge

摘要 设计了2组钢桁梁桥焊接整体节点。基于静力试验,系统研究了在水平和竖向荷载作用下节点的刚度、应力应变分布、极限承载力、破坏模态等力学性能,重点对比分析了圆弧过渡构造的影响情况。研究表明:圆弧过渡可降低节点核心区附近翼板和腹板的应力水平,对节点竖向刚度影响不明显但使水平刚度显著提高,同时节点的极限承载力也得到明显提升,但圆弧过渡未对节点的破坏模态产生根本性改变。在钢桁梁桥的焊接整体节点中采用圆弧过渡对其力学性能影响是有利的。 Based on static experiments on the designed 2 groups of welded integral joints of steel truss bridge, the mechanical behaviors including joint stiffness, stress and strain distributions, uhimate bearing capacity and failure modes of joints under horizontal and vertical loads are systematically studied, in which the influence of arc transition is mainly comparatively analysed. The study shows that the stresses in the flanges and webs near the joint core area can be reduced and the horizontal stiffness and ultimate bearing capacities of joints are remarkbly enhanced by arc transition, the influence of which on verticle stiffness of joint is not obvious. Meanwhile the failure modes of joints are not fundamentally changed with the existance of arc transition. Applying arc transition to welded integral joints in steel truss bridge would be helpful in improving the mechanical behaviors of the bridge.
