脉搏波传导速度的应用与糖代谢的相关研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 动脉弹性又称顺应性,主要反映动脉舒张功能的状态。在血管发生动脉粥样硬化时,管壁的僵硬度增加,弹性下降,血流通过僵硬的管壁时传导速度加快,顺应性降低被认为是多种心血管危险因素对血管壁早期损害的表现。脉搏波传导速度(pulse—wavevelocity,PwV)作为非侵入性检查手段,能够早期发现存在动脉僵硬度改变的个体,是一个评估动脉硬化的简捷、有效、经济的无创性经典指标。目前,Pwv已广泛应用于临床研究,对于评估心血管疾病的进展及长期预后有着重要的意义。
