摘要
对日益增加的护患纠纷进行分析,从社会、护理、患者三方面探讨护患纠纷的原因。在满足护患双方共同利益的前提下,从管理、制度、宣传、个体层面寻求对双方有益的解决方案。
The article analyzes the increasing nurse-patient disputes and investigates the reasons of the disputes from three facets, i.e. social factors, nursing factors and patient factors. It also tries to find beneficial solutions for both parties from the management, systems, promotion, and individual levels, on the premise of ensuring their mutual benefits.
