摘要
结合我院16个月来新入职护士管理中负强化激励的实施情况,经过访谈护士、护士长,大家对负强化激励明确表示认同。笔者认为只要能智慧应用负强化激励,走出正强化激励一头重的误区,就能达到人、岗位、组织契合匹配,促进护理团队健康可持续发展。
Negative reinforcement incentives in new nurses" management was implemented in our hospital for 16 months and according to the interviews of nurses and head nurses, the method was well received. The author believes that with appropriate application of negative reinforcement incentives and caution for over-emphasis on positive reinforcement incentives, a positive chemistry can be achieved between the staff, positions and organizations, promoting the sustainable development of nursing team.
