孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘

Clinical research of montelukast budesonide in treatment of children with bronchial asthma

目的研究孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法对商丘市第一人民医院2010年12月至2013年3月收治的124例支气管哮喘患儿,根据用药的不同随机分成观察组和对照组各64例,对照组患儿应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿应用孟鲁司特口服和布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗。结果经3个月治疗后对照组总有效率为83.9%,观察组为96.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为16.1%,观察组不良反应总发生率为19.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿PEF、FEV1、每月患儿喘息次数和β-受体激动剂使用时间在治疗后比治疗前有改善,但观察组较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘可改善肺功能,缓解临床症状,不良反应少。

Objective To study the effect of montelukast budesonide treatment of children with bronchial asthma clinical efficacy and safety. Methods The First People~ Hospital of Shangqiu City from December 2010 to March 2013 were treated 124 cases of bronchial asthma in children, according to the different treatment method according to the random numbers divided into observation group and control group each 64 cases, in the control group of children with Applica- tions budesonide inhalation therapy, the treatment group and the application of montelukast oral budesonide inhalation combination therapy. Results After 3 months after treatment control group,the total effective rate was 83.9% ,in the ob- servation group was 96. 8 % , respectively, compared with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Control group of adverse reactions was 16. 1%, observed The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 19. 3% , no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Two groups of children PEF, FEV1, the monthly number of children with wheezing and β-agonist use of time after treatment than before treatment have improved, but the observation group improved significantly than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Montelukast budesonide treatment of children with bronchial asthma may improve lung function, relieve svmotoms,reduce adverse reactions.
