摘要
目的:观察小儿黄龙颗粒对盐酸阿扑吗啡注射液(APO)模型小鼠多动异常行为的影响。方法:设置正常对照组、APO模型组、盐酸氯丙嗪阳性药对照组、小儿黄龙颗粒高、中、低剂量组。正常对照组、APO模型组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,盐酸氯丙嗪(12.5mg/kg)阳性药对照组、小儿黄龙颗粒高、中、低剂量(15.00、7.50、3.75g/kg)组灌胃给药4d后,再皮下注射APO,记录不同时间小鼠的行为活动。结果:小儿黄龙颗粒高剂量对正常小鼠自主活动有抑制作用(P<0.05),小儿黄龙颗粒高、中剂量对APO引起的多动小鼠自主活动、小鼠定型活动及攀爬行为具有抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:小儿黄龙颗粒能减少多动小鼠多动异常行为,为临床治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动障碍提供了药理实验依据。
Objective: Observed the influence of Pediatric Huanglong Granule on hyperactivity abnormal behavior of hydrochloric acid injection apomorphine (APt) model mice. Methods: Set normal control group, APt model group, chlorpromazine hydrochloride positive medicine control group, Pediatric Huanglong Granule of high, middle, low dose groups. Normal control group, APt model group were given physiological saline. Chlorpromazine hydrochloride (12.5mg/kg) positive medicine control group, Pediatric Huanglong Granule of high, middle, low dose groups were given the corresponding doses of the drug (15.00, 7.50, 3.75g/kg) by gavage, then subcutaneous injected apomorphine hydrochloride injection (APt), and recorded mice activities in different times. Results: High dose of Pediatric Huanglong Particle had inhibition effects on the independent activities of normal mice (P〈0.05), and Pediatric Huanglong Granule of high and middle groups had inhibition effects on the independent activities, design activities and climb behavior of the hyperactive mice caused by APO (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: Pediatric Huanglong Particle could reduce hyperactivity abnormal behavior of hyperactivity mice, which provided the pharmacological experiment basis for the clinical treatment of pediatric attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
