从肺经的循行认识咳嗽的病位

Cognition on pathogenic location of cough according to the course of lung channel

引起咳嗽的病位不同,治疗方法也大不相同。以往的文献、医著、现代医家只阐述病因病机、辨证治疗,均未提及咳嗽的病位与肺系病发展的关系,传变规律。而中医、西医对咳嗽的认识均未超出《黄帝内经》提出的肺经循行的范围。治咳当从病位入手,按肺经循行的内容,由上而下,由鼻、咽喉、肺、中焦、下焦的规律认识咳嗽的病位,有简单实用性、临床可行性。可减少咳嗽的失治、误治,尤其提高慢性、不明原因咳嗽的疗效,最终做到"未病先防、已病防变"。

Therapeutic methods were different because of different pathogenic locations. There didn＇t mention pathogenic locations and its relationship with lung diseases, as well as progressing regulations in past literatures and modern medical works, which only elaborated etiology, pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Cognition on cough from Chinese and western medicine was limited in lung channel course coverage recorded in the Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor. Treating cough was based on pathogenic location, according to lung channel course, from upper to down, recognized pathogenic location from nose to lower energizer, which was practical and feasible, reduced mistreatment, enhanced curative effects induced by chronic diseases or unknown cause cough. As a result, prevention before disease onset, preparing for unfavourable turn after disease onset.
