雷公藤生殖毒性研究进展

Reproductive toxicity research progress of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f

中药雷公藤常用于治疗类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫系统疾病,疗效显著。随着雷公藤广泛应用于临床,其毒副作用和不良反应也日益受到关注,其中生殖毒性尤为显著,明显限制了其在临床的应用。本文将近年来雷公藤生殖毒性的研究做一综述,从雷公藤对雄性生殖系统的损害、对雌性生殖系统的损害等方面探讨其毒性作用机制,并对研究中存在的问题进行分析总结,提出了进一步研究的方向,为雷公藤在临床的合理使用提供参考与依据。

The traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f （TwHf） is used clinically to treat some autoimmune and inflammatory disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus. It plays a notable effect. With widely use of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f in clinic, the side effects and adverse reactions also cause the attention of people gradually, especially reproductive toxicity, which obviously limit the clinical use of the medicine. This article makes a summary of the reproductive toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f. The author analyzes clinical research of multiple perspectives such as male reproductive damage, female reproductive impairment of the Tripterygiurn wilfordii Hook.f, to explore its toxic mechanism and analyze the questions about the researches. It will put forward the direction of further research and will provide references for rational clinical use of Tripterygium Wilfordii.
