Bronchial asthma and MMP-9 and progress in Chinese medicine research

摘要 文章主要综述了基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)对支气管哮喘的影响及中医药在治疗哮喘的同时能够拮抗MMP-9的最新研究进展。分别从MMP-9的结构、生物学特性、与哮喘的关系以及中医药拮抗MMP-9的研究情况加以论述。 The paper mainly summarizes the effects of matrix metalloproteinase 9 （MMP-9） on bronchial asthma, and the current studies of the antagonism effects of TCM on MMP-9 in the treatment of bronchial asthma. It discusses from the following four aspects： the structure, biological characteristics, the relationship with bronchial asthma of MMP-9 and the antagonism effects of herbs on MMP-9.
