甘特图在护理质量控制管理中应用的效果评价

Study on Gantt charts in quality control management in nursing practice

目的了解基于甘特图管理的护理质控对护士工作质量和压力的影响，以便探索新的适合临床护理质量控制的高效管理方法。方法随机选取江西省九江市某三甲医院附属东院3个内科病房的52名护士为实验组，实施甘特图管理；同期选取附属西院病种一致的3个内科病房的52名护士为对照组，实施传统经验式管理。比较2组护理质量与护士压力的得分。结果实验组管理后各项护理工作质量评分均高于对照组；实验组管理后护士压力总平均分以及在护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、患者护理、管理及人际关系4个方面得分均明显低于对照组，但2组护士在工作环境及资源方面压力得分比较差异无统计学意义。结论甘特图管理方法可明显提高护士的工作质量，并能有效地缓解其工作压力。

Objective To know about the influence of quality control based on Gantt chart on work quality and stress, so as to explore effective method of management suitable for them. Methods 52 nurs-es from the eastern zone of a three A-level hospital in Jiujiang City were randomly selected as the experimental group, they were implemented with Gantt chart management. Another 52 nurses from the western zone of the same hospital were selected as the control group, they were executed traditional experience-based management. The scores of quality of care and nurses stress were compared between the two groups. Results For the score of the quality of care, the experimental group was higher; for the score of the nurses stress, the experi- mental group was lower in the overall sides, and the differences were significant except those of the working en-vironment and equipment, which showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Gantt management method can significantly improve the quality of care, moreover, effectively alleviate the nurses＇ stress.
