思维导图在中医诊疗过程中应用

Application of Mind Mapping in TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Process

中医诊疗过程中存在着大量依靠主体认识的隐性知识,这些知识多以文字叙述、口耳相传、口传心授的形式加以传播,然而至今,在现代化的研究进程中,这些表达方式逐渐显现出难以客观全面表达的局限性。通过对中医诊疗过程中"取象"、"立象"、"决策"不同阶段的深层含义进行分析,用思维导图的方法对其进行更为直观、形象化的描述,初步分析了其与医者诊疗思维过程间的内在联系及其在中医诊疗中的优势,探讨思维导图在中医诊疗过程中的应用可能,以期为临床医生和医学生的学习和研究提供可参照的支撑模式。

There is a large number of tacit knowledge which depends on the doctors＇subject awareness in the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） diagnosis and treatment process. The diffusion of this knowledge is mostly through the words, or language, and others. But so far,in modern research process,the expression gradually appears the limitations that it is diffi- cult to express the profound meaning objectively and comprehensively. This paper mainly analyzed the deep meaning of dif- ferent stages of the TCM diagnosis and treatment process,those stages contain taking conditions, creating conditions and de- termining treatment. Through the mind mapping method, the more intuitive, pictorial description was carried on. A prelimina- ry analysis about the internal relation between the mind map and the thinking of medical in diagnosis and treatment process as well as the analysis about the advantages of application of the mind mapping in TCM diagnosis and treatment was carried on,so as to discuss the possibility,providing a reference mode for doctors and medical students to learn and research.
