心身疾病是指心理——社会因素引起的应激源,通过神经内分泌——免疫系统网络使人体产生应激反应,引起神经内分泌调节紊乱、免疫功能异常、多系统功能失调,产生躯体疾病。通过对名老中医王晖验方三和汤治疗心身疾病的临床应用规律进行总结探讨,从中医基本病机层次,阐述了心身疾病的病机理论、三和汤治疗心身疾病的组方原理和适用病证,以期为临床同行提供有益思路。

The psychosomatic disease refers to the stressor caused by psychological, social factors, through the neuroendocrine immune system network. The stress responses induce neuroendocrinc regulation disorders,immune dysfunction, and multiple system dysfunctions and finally produce somatic diseases.
