阿司匹林联合活血中药在脑梗死防治中的疗效及安全性评价

Efficacy and Security of Promoting-Circulation Drug Combined with Aspirin in Therapy of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的:观察活血中药注射液在脑梗死患者中的使用状况,以及联合抗血小板聚集疗法后活血中药注射液的疗效性和安全性;评估缺血性脑卒中患者采用活血中药注射液联合拜阿司匹林治疗的获益与风险。方法:采用前瞻性研究,选择符合脑梗死诊断标准的患者100例,随机分为两组,拜阿司匹林组、活血中药注射液联合拜阿司匹林组,观察活血中药注射液联合拜阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的疗效性和安全性。结果:观察组及对照组治疗后较治疗前PLT、PT、APTT、PAGT、FIB、D-Di等指标差别均无统计意义(P>0.05),且少见不良反应。观察组疗效优于对照组,但差别无显著性。结论:阿司匹林与活血中药制剂(舒血宁注射液、苦碟子注射液)联合使用疗效较好,且无安全隐患,不会增加患者出血风险性。

Objective： It was aimed at combining with our national condition to investigate and evaluate the efficacy and security of Chinese herbs injection for activating blood circulation combined with aspirin in therapy of. Methods ： On prospectively study,one hundred patients who accorded with the diagnostic criterions of the apoplexy were selected, then 50 patients were put into the aspirin group at random and 50 patients into Chinese herbs injection for activating blood cir- culation combined with aspirin group. Results： The results of prospec study displayed that PLT, PT, AP, TT, PAGT, FIB, D - Dimer did not have significant change in both observation group and control group after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. And there was rare adverse reaction. Conclusion ： Chinese herbs for activating blood circulation （ Shuxuening injection, Kudiezi injection）combined with aspirin in therapy of could increase the efficacy, and has good safety and it does not in- ch＇ase the risk factors of hemorrhage.
