摘要
中医食疗是中医药治疗肿瘤的重要组成部分,从机理和具体操作上探讨"虚毒致癌"理论指导肿瘤患者饮食治疗。从肿瘤的发病机理上看,阴阳失调是总因,具体可分为"因虚致毒成,毒聚使癌生"。针对肿瘤的病机,在其食疗应用上主张从补虚扶正气和解毒攻癌毒两方面着手操作,同时主张遵循辨证施膳等原则以提高肿瘤的食疗的疗效。
Food therapy is an important part of TCM in treating cancer. This paper discusses,in pathogenesis and specific operation, the application of the theory of deficiency and toxin stasis leading to cancer in food therapy for cancer patients. For the pathogenesis of cancer, the imbalance of Yin and Yang is the chief cause. The article holds that food therapy for cancer patients should focus on the following two aspects:reinforcing deficiency and strengthening body resistance;detoxification of cancer toxin. The article also holds that the principle of syndrome differentiation should be honored to im- prove the effectiveness of food therapy for cancer patients.
